Natural, Informal and Relaxed Wedding Photography

We had an amazing summer once again, beautiful brides, great venues and some nice weather. Elaine and Andy got Married at Creeksea Place and had a beautiful day at that lovely old house.

Jacqui and Sam got married on a sunny but windy November day at Leez Priory, it was an absolute pleasure photographing their wedding, and wonderful meeting their little son Thomas for his first portrait session more recently.

As usual we pride in working closely with our clients, listening to their requirements and hopefully exceeding their expectations.

Wedding Fair at Vaulty Manor

Vaulty Manor’s Wedding Fair today was really busy, meeting lots of prospective clients with weddings coming up next year (and the year after!) at our most local venue.  The venue looked beautifuly set up as for a wedding and Teresa and Tara were showing new couples around. We have a few different style albums with weddings photographed at Vaulty Manor over the past few years.

Studio Portraits – Christmas Presents

With Christmas coming up, a family portrait is a beautiful present for a partner or grandparent,  we offer great flexibility with our appointments times and are open in the evenings as well as Sundays.

Following a busy week at the studio I will be away with my son over the half term week but Kerry and Jo will be available to answer any questions.

It is always really nice to see our existing customers coming in with a new addition to their family and we are most grateful for the recommendations to other family members.  Genevieve brought her new baby sister Madeline in for our Cherubs offer (three portrait sessions for the price of one, with a free photo from each)

Family Portraits, Makeovers and Wedding Photography

Following a very busy summer we are looking forward to celebrating our first anniversary at our new studio.  We have enjoyed photographing weddings at various venues through the summer, Vaulty Manor, Boreham House, Mangapp Manor, Leez Priory, Gosfield Hall and Newland Hall to name but a few.  We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and we hope we have  made a contribution to their special day.  For our portrait customers we hope we have captured and created a portrait for you to treasure for many years to come.

Family Portraits, Makeovers and Photos for the Spotlight

As studio based photographers we are keeping busy photographing family portraits, makeovers and publicity shots in between attending weddings.  When photographing families we make sure everyone is having fun, children, pets and teenagers are our specialty!

Natalie and Matt had a fantastic day yesterday (Monday), the weather was on their side, though a bit breezyy, and Natalie looked amazing.  Gaynes Park looked beautiful in the spring with the multicoloured tulips, blosom and love hearts everywhere.

Kerry will be photographing at Sandon Church with the reception at Channels and Camelia will be at Leez Priory on Monday.   We will be at the studio on Saturday morning and on Sunday by appointment in the afternoon.  Kerry will be photographing a Christening on Sunday afternoon.  At weekends we prefer to work by appointment as one of us is usually out photographing but if we are available we will always be more than happy to discus your photography requirements and ideas.

Wedding Phographer in Essex

We tend to cover most of Essex when photographing weddings, but mostly we stay quite local, around a 20 mile radius around Maldon.   This week Camelia photographed at Prested Hall and on Easter Monday is looking forward to photographing at Gaynes Park near Epping/Ongar. Thank you Christina and David for your recommendation and I am looking forward to seeing you again on Monday.

Cheryl and Charles had a beautiful day for their wedding and Cheryl looked positively glowing.  The close family and friend really gave the wedding a wonderful feel and really nice for me to capture.  The Bride’s daughters made beautiful bridesmaids and the little Bella had a fantastic time as a little princess for the day and particularly enjoyed collecting the confetti with her little sister Lottie.

Family Portraits, Pet Portraits and Baby Photography (Cherubs)

Following a very busy week we have had a day off today!  Really nice to have a family day once in a while and having travelled into London and visited the Tower of London, we are now catching up with updating our blog and looking at the week ahead.

Last week we photographed some lovely babies and would like to thank Mr and Mrs Browne for recommending us to their friends.  Having a new baby is a wonderful thing and it is so nice to see some of them growing up through our Cherub offer.   Mrs Arch’s little Archie had mastered his standing for his last photo shoot and had a great first joint birthday with his Mummy.

We also had a busy week for pet photography, Jenny’s doggies were lovely and photographing  Mum Labrador and her 10 puppies was an absolute pleasure.

Wedding Photography in Essex – Crondon Park, Newland Hall, Leez Priory and Vaulty Manor

Following a busy wedding last week, we have been photographing in the studio for most of this week, with a couple of portrait sessions on location.  The spring-like weather has bee on our side and provided interesting skies for our ‘Maldon Scenes’ spring collection.

Last weekend we had a bit more warmth and our brides were able to have most of the photos outside including the fireworks at Julie’s wedding.  Camelia photographed Gemma and Chris at Assumption of our Lady Church in Maldon, with the reception at Crondon Park on Friday and on Saturday at St Nicholas Church in Witham, with the reception at Vaulty Manor.  It was a pleasure seeing some of our previous brides at Gemma and Chris’s wedding,  Sam, Natalie and Charlotte, and little Bronia, who made a beautiful flower girl.

Julie looked amazing (once the sequins were sewn back on to the dress!)  and I took a photo as I am sure it will seem a lot funnier looking back on the eventful morning preparations!  Julie’s fireworks at Vaulty Manor looked spectacular!

Kerry photographed Nicole and Daniel at Newland Hall on Saturdayand quite unexpectedly met our neighbours Erica and Simon at their wedding.   On Sunday Kerry was at Leez Priory, one of our favourite venues, the opportunity for photography is endless and though the weather got a bit fresher by Sunday the beautiful April sun created a magical athmosphere at Leez.  Liz and Robert’s ceremony was followed by the Naming Ceremony for their little son to complete the day’s celebrations.

Kerry and Camelia have worked at most venues around Essex and have many years experience of photographing weddings, so if you would like to discuss your wedding photography in closer detail just let us know.  We still have a few more Saturdays available throughout the summer, but we do have most Sundays free to meet with our prospective brides.
